Price isn't everything

I have lived here for 4yrs now. At first the office people was nice and helpful. over the yrs it has gotten worse. The maintenance Dept. is TERRIBLE!!. Nothing get fast attention. They take their sweet ass time fixing. Only twice I have had fast turn around time from the maintenance people and that was close to my lease expiring (go figure). Snow removal has gotten better, but they never clear out the handicap spots. Every yr the rent goes up and you never get a break. Reporting problem issues they seem to let it go in one ear and out the other. One thing I will say One of the maintenance guys (Pat) is nice and he will fix you up and get your request taken care of.
