I am currently a resident and I would say that it's great but there are a few things that's keeping me from doing so. There have been a couple of instances where my water was turned off without warning. When I went to the office to see what the hell was going on, I was told "oh it's going to be back on soon they had to turn the water off okkkk". Well I was trying to get ready for work and that bullcrap made me late. That happened twice! My building is pretty quiet, except for one of my neighbors. He's crazy! I mean really crazy to the point where I'm sometimes scared to be home alone. I mentioned this to the office and they said "oh honey he's just a little touched, but he wouldn't harm a fly". Hopefully I'm not outside the next time he wants to throw 12 packs of Pop down the stairs. The staff seems to be so unconcerned about any damn thing. I also mentioned to them how my thermostat doesn't work properly and I have to have the damn heat turned up past 90 for it to come on. And let's not even get started on the damn washer machines that breaks down at least twice a month.
