Terrible...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Pool not functional. No tennis courts. Waiting list for second parking spot is 1 year . Not enough working laundry facilities (one washer and dryer for 12 apartments). Freeway noise. Bugs in the complex (ladybugs, wasps, silverfish). Children all over the place, running down the halls. They put up a "Rough Road" sign leading into the complex rather than just repair the large potholes in the road.
