KEEP LOOKING! From: riverforestsucks Date posted: 10/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   Horrible streets which will ruin the suspension on A TANK leads you into what may seem like a pleasant place to live at first glimpse, but overall, keep looking. There is no surveillance in place here, which allows the deliquents to have their way with your automobiles and outdoor patio items. Each summer, the give passes to residents for use of their POOLS, yet the pools are ALWAYS closed due to maintenance reasons. I lived there for 5 years and the main pool was only opened 2 summers out of the 5. They are now starting to rent to welfare bums and thugs, something that was not tolerated with the former management when I first moved in. They have also increased the rent, which is dumb because the quality has DECREASED! Don't move here. You will regret it.
