With everyone else, when I first moved in everything was nice.

I was a little flustered over the fact that an add said rent was $320 and then Sarah said $410 but I needed a place close to school.

The bathroom is tiny along with the kitchen but they are functional.

All the doors in the house were painted shut and my peephole was broken.

I have lived here for nice months and I can't wait to leave.

I've had the police at my apartment seven times and counting since November.

I've been raped in my own apartment by a stranger and still the management wont do anything about the lack of security.

They want to charge me to get out of my lease even though it was their lack of security that caused the incident.

I have gotten a lawyer and am going to take civil action on them as soon as my lease is up.

They currently have 35 days to do something about the security before it goes to the public.

After I told Sarah about my rape she just said "Well, I'm sorry...Did you check your peephole." I then reminded her it has been broken since the move in.

This place is horrible.

I'm paying for an apartment I rarely stay at because of what happened.

Do not move here...

Oh! The apartment below mine,the celling collapsed and I currently have a number of unsolved problems in the apartment as well.

It also took 8 months to fix a peephole.
