Ok well I've only stayed there for a 12 month lease and its alright. Considering that at this time a two bedroom apt is only $400 and you live right by convenient places such as 711, gas station, BUS STOP, Dollar Store, etc etc. However they are heated by what you call a boiler system in which you have to pay the heat bill based on what everyone else in the complex is using. They divide it amongst everyone in the building. So if you are trying to be lower with your heat bill it's impossible because you don't know how much the next person is using in the building. Besides that the air condition system is only in the living/dining room doesn't reach you all the way back in your room. Lastly the maintenance chooses who they want to fix. If they come they will come if not then it's oh well to them. But other than that it's decent and it's worth it price especially if you're on a budget and need somewhere to stay like me until you get a house.
