A pretty decent starting place.

For my first apartment, I gotta say..I enjoyed my stay for the most part

Lets start with the PROS:
The landscaping is kept up. In the winter, the snow is always shoveled. There is ice thrown on the walkways. In the summer the grass is cut and trash is picked up. There are kids usually playing outside. Overall it's really quiet out. I don't know about now but when I was there it was like that. The management is very nice and helpful. You call with a problem, they get on it ASAP. Need something fixed, their on it anywhere from 10 minuted to a hour or 2 hours tops.
There is security here that checks every building a few times a day. Management gives you a number to call so security can take care of any noise or troublemakers. I had to call them before..it took a bit but they got the job done. Safety isn't a issue.
The 2 bedroom apartments are spacious. The rent is is $360 to $420. Not bad.

Oh yeah...time to get down to business. NOW FOR THE CONS!
Actually, I don't have many bad things to say. The walls are kinda thin. Not as bad as Kings Lane walls..NOTHING is as bad as that. You might have crappy neighbors but that's luck of the draw. Don't live in Building B, C or D. I notice that's where a lot of the trouble was coming from. The biggest problem I had with this place is the One bedroom apartments.
Like damn, you can walk slowly around your whole apartment in 10 seconds or less. No really! I timed it. The living room is SMALL, the bed room is SMALLER, the Kitchen...F***! You can't open your Refrigerator door if your stove door is open. Probably 1.5 people can fit in the kitchen. Whatever you do..opt for the 2 bedroom. There's also a major centipede and roller bug problem you'll be facing if you live on the bottom floor in summer. So pack plenty of bug spray.

In conclusion, I really don't have a lot of gripes about this place. The only reason I moves is because of better location. You have people who are able to afford "better apartments" but been here for years. So that's saying something. But to each his/her own experience. I for one enjoyed it and would gladly move back if I wanted to.
