This was a nice community with an extremely nice super when I moved in. Now it seems that they'll let anyone move in because they need the money. The new office lady is a complete nightmare to deal with. I make phone calls to her when I know the office is closed, just so that I don't have to deal with her!! Maintenance is nice, but tries to fix everything the cheapest way, so they'll fix it several times before it's actually fixed. There's way too many horrible people renting here, and there's a real vandalism problem with the kids, but nobody wants to take care of it.
