Yes, Somerset used to be AWFUL. However, that was under the old management. The new management which has been there for maybe two years now has been great. The last person to post obviously hasn't been paying attention. I have never had a problem getting anything fixed. As a matter of fact, I have a schedule that is very busy, and the manager has been nothing but accomodating. Check this place out. The rent is very reasonable, they redid the pool/balconies/landscaping/sidewalks/entry doors/installed security cameras in the storage units,and have cleaning crews come in to vacuum the halls and clean up the common areas.
Keep in mind that people typically only post reviews when they are angry about something. I have lived here for several years and have no qualms about calling it my home.
