Somerset is not the place you want to live! The management sucks and the maintenance is even worse!!! Examples: you request something to be fixed and it takes months to get them done. That is if they find it worthy of being fixed. The manager is never in the office. Every time I have an issue she is NEVER there. Also they are more worried about getting new tenants rather than taking care of the ones they have. So if you would like to live in a place where they don't care, then Somerset is the place for you. Me I'd rather live where I matter!
