I like the location of these apartments. I love the fact that there is a patio for the 1st floor apartments. My bathroom ceiling does leak though. Both the apartments (different owners) that I have lived in on the first floor have had leaky bathroom ceilings. Must be a common problem. I have heard that they are going to be doing some upgrades this year. We'll see. They do allow cats. When I moved in they did not specify how many you could have but they may be now (I had to fight with them about that). My Biggest issue is the Maintenance.
