I have not had many problems with my apartment building, neighbors, nor management staff. It´s Ok... I like the location of these apartments. I love the fact that there is a patio for the 1st floor apartments. My bathroom ceiling does leak though. Both the apartments (different owners) that I have lived in on the first floor have had leaky bathroom ceilings. Must be a common
