This apartment complex is nice. It gives you a place to go exercise, swim, and it has community activities. I don't participate in the activities, but it's still a good thing. The apartments themselves operate properly and are spacious. It's fixed income, though. I don't understand why apartments made FOR those who lack a good income would cost this much. We pay near $1000 dollars a month for this place, and the most our combined income can be is $36,000 a year. A third of our MAXIMUM income MUST be spent on rent alone. Besides that craziness, it's a good place.
