I have lived here for a year now and i'm moving out soon. I love the look of the apartments, clean and they still look new. There were quite a few downfalls though. The noise! You can hear eveything for phones ringing, doors slamming and music playing. I got a noise complaint my first night because i was to loud moving it. The trash compactor sucks. The club house was always nice. Just hope that you live there longer then the people next door becaue if your tooo loud for them with is easy there noise complaints will out rule anything.

Noise is a serious issue at Cedar Bend. Between the domestic disputes, kids yelling outside/inside, car stereos blasting music and neighbors... you would think you live in a bad area of Flint. Don't let Grand Blanc give this place a safe feeling. The worst of the worst live here because it is inexpensive and lenient. I would not doubt it if Cedar Bends community has a negative effect on the crime statistics in the city of Grand Blanc.
