Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
I use to live in Cedar Bend in fact, I was one of their first tenants once the building construction was completed. I was the first tenant to move into their 3-bedroom apartment-home and I loved it. However, once I received neighbors you could hear everything. The only reason I moved was because one of the three bedrooms remained cold all year round. It was nice during summer months but during winter it was awful and due to the tempature of that room, we weren't able to use it. Also, the rent increased every year so we headed for Fountain Pointe.
Now, that I no longer live there, I can see how things have drastically changed and I'm glad I'm no longer there. I agree with flipflop, the low income has definitely brought down Cedar Bend, it has totally changed. I see the kid's getting off the bus and I stare in awe. A neighbor I'd met while I was at Cedar Bend finally has moved about a month ago. She could no longer take the noise at night, the kid's running around at 2am making commotion and all the other extra disturbances. Those who disagree with flipflop must be the one's we're speaking of.
