Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Being on the first floor, the heat vents are in the ceiling, next to the windows. This past winter, in order to keep my heat bill under $150 a month I kept the thermostat at 65 degrees resulting in my apartment actually being 58 degrees.
Maybe I should just move to Alaska'

These apartments look nice, but there is nothing special about how they are insulated.
