Dear Renter,

Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. The apartment owner is a greedy mutha focker and along with his evil minion, Martha and Julie, you will lose your shirt. These people are all out for the almighty buck and not for resident service, comfort or safety. More importantly, you will be treated like you are a hassle to their monumentally important time when you need something.

These apartments are so cheap. What exactly are so luxurious about them' There is absolutely NO sound-proofing between the floors and you will pay more for heat here, than in an actual house. I don't even want to mention the uncaring residents who drive so fast through the back entrance that they wantonly run over turtles, beaver or other small animals.

Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Luxury apartments to me, now mean, the type of place that is so over-touted that instead of looking for a quality place with reasonable utilities, stupid people toss too much money away hoping to find "luxury" where it really doesn't exist. How's about changing the name to Fairways at Oz and hiring flying monkeys to work in the office'

The truly most luxurious one and two bedroom apartments I have ever seen are at Cidermill Village in Rochester Hills. They incorporate every detail you would want in a home. Check'em out.

My best advice is to go online and check out legal forums on expertlaw.com. Lawyers will give quickie advice that is free and helpful. If you take them to small claims court...remember this...99% of the time the judge will make a ruling in YOUR favor because they know damn well what apartment managers (like Martha) and property owners (like Tim Curry) are all about. May the force be with you. I would be happy to help in any way that I can!
