Prior to moving in to Fairways my husband & I looked at several apartments in the Grand Blanc & Holly area and must say that not one came close to the comfort, affordability and style as Fairways at Woodfield. I have been living at Fairways for about 4 months now and must say that I truly love my apartment and all the amenities it comes with. This is the first apartment my husband and I moved into which makes it extra special. The day I moved in, my apartment was so clean and looked brand new and still does! The staff, Julie and Lindsay are very helpful and anytime I had any problems with my apt., they would always send someone to fix it rightaway. The gym is accessible 24x7 and the apt. premises are always clean and well maintained. If you are looking for an apartment to call "home" look no further-Fairways is the place to be.
Pros: Comfortable, Stylish, Affordable, Clean and well maintained- Very close to I-75
Cons: No variable month lease option available, Garbage not recycled.
