I have lived in Fox Hill for almost a year and have little to no issues since I moved in. My lease is up in a month and I was shocked that they would NOT be upping my rent. All other apt's I have lived in always up the rent with every new lease I sign. I was suprised as well with the POOL over the summer, it was open and clean all summer long. At other apt's the POOL was closed more then it was ever open. I can keep stuff on my patio without anyone steeling it or messing with it. I have been very pleasently suprised. I will resign my lease for a year. The geese are loud when you first get there but I think they grow on you and as long as you can dodge their droppings on the sidewalk they are harmless. They can be fun to watch also!
