I have lived here for 2 years, the first year was excellent. The office was extremely friendly and prompt on doing things that were needing to be fixed or replaced. I was very happy with the complex. After I resigned another year lease the office employees pretty much were all new and seemed to be inexperienced. I have walked into the clubhouse on more then one occasion of it reaking like cigarette smoke. Or sat at the pool and watched them smoking in the kitchen with the window open...Very sanitary. I really want to rent the clubhouse for a family function after that. I have called the office a few times to tell them I needed a repair of some kind. After days of not showing up I called a family member to fix it. I then called the office that day to tell them to cancel my service appointment. They said ok. The next morning, as I am laying in bed I hear ONE knock on the door and a key turning to come in my apartment. Maintence came in after ONE knock to fix something I had reported to the office the day before saying it was already fixed. Heres my favorite..in the summer they were painted balconies which pretty much took them a month to do. Once again, laying in bed at about 8am. My door opens, No knocks JUST OPENS. It is a young male adult coming to take the things off my balcony, so he can paint. This man was not even employed with the apartment complex just a "student painter". Fox Hill Glens had given this kid all of our home keys!!! No one that worked at the office was even with him! I do not feel like I have privacy or feel safe anymore and would NOT recommend this complex to anyone who lives alone.

I agree with you! I cannot stand how they just come in! Even if there was no service call! They would just come in to pretend to look at things! It's absolutely ridiculous!

We live in one of the 3-bdrm townhomes (well, until April 30) and soon after moving in, the staircase railing started slipping off fixture on the wall. We called to have it repaired and they forgot to come, and we forgot all about it. Well, fast forward a few months, and my boyfriend was carrying our daughter down the stairs one morning and the railing slipped off the wall AGAIN, and they both fell down the stairs. FINALLY they came the next day to fix it -- and then proceeded to feel us out to see if we were going to sue (no, we weren't). Meanwhile they're looking all over the townhouse snooping (too bad for them we keep the place spotless). They put up a bare wood railing, and then NEVER came back to stain or varnish it. NICE, right?!
