I have lived here mow for a year. The management in terrible. My air was out during the hottest parts of summer. They kept syaing it was fine and that it was hot and we are all suffering together. I finally told them I had a private company come look at it and they finally fixed it. Many times I was told to let the air run and give it a chance. Then, I ended up w/ a ridiculous electric bill, and they said there is nothing they can do. If it is 90 degrees outside, it should cool down to less than 88 degrees. Also, the floors aren't level, the doors don't close, and there are numerous cracks in the walls. They do maintenance and turn off the water several times/ month. I could go on forever. Yes, the rental payment is cheap, but you really do get what you pay for- it's not worth it.
