It has been horrible living here. The office management do not care about the tenants. We had problems when we moved in because they showed us one apartment and moved us into another. Our apartment has had 8 leaks and we constantly have holes in our ceiling because maintenance takes forever to fix it when they cut into it after our leaks.

We have mold in our apartment, electrical surges where our electricity turns off, our carpet is falling apart because of it being rotted from the leaks we have had, and parking is a nightmare. The pool is never open and looks like a swamp because it is so green. Management refuses to do anything. We reported our electrical problems and they lied to us and told us that it was the electric company?s fault. We reported the mold and they refuse to do anything about it. We are in the process of withholding our rent and will be looking for another place to live. I refuse to live in a place where the tenants are treated so horribly.
