New tennants were moving into the apartment above mine. The couple fell asleep. While filling a my apartment was flooded (water in the light fixtures,running out of the plugs,and saturated carpet. Aproximately ten minutes after I had gotten up the bedroom ceiling fell onto my bed. The management would not move me to another apartment they told me I could sleep on my couch while the repairs were being made. The repairs took four weeks to fix and my furnature got molded due to all of the moisture in the apartment. When I spoke to the office about this they told me to turn it in to my insurance company.
I have the company in small claims court at this time.
