We have also been dealing with several maintenance issues, we also have mold and electrical problems. Country House Apartments has gotten away with doing this for years. They could care less about their residents and do nothing to fix their apartment complex.

I am fed up with being treated like garbage by Country House Apartments. We have a case opened with Consumer Protection and are going to take the complex to court. I urge everyone who is unhappy with this complex and dealing with these issues to step forward and call Consumer Protection and file a complaint with them as well.

Consumer Protection is an agency that is connected with the Genesee County Sheriff?s Office. If you want to contact them, their number is 257-3268. Ask for Officer Charles Garrison or Officer Marvin Stephenson as they are the ones in charge of the cases against Country House.
