I was just in Michigan visiting with my daughter, who lives in your complex & i was appalled at the flith of the complex. I was a property manager for several years in another state and we would have NEVER let our tenants live in such unsafe, unhealthy & filthy conditions as the way your tenants live. I saw poison ivy growing up on the front porch, my daughter has called 5 times and it still hasn't been removed, windows broken out & covered by sheets or cardboard, the ceiling had caved in on my pregnant daughter a few months ago and it appears that it still hasn't been completely repaired. Light bulbs in the entrance & hallways were burnt out. Without my husband or son-in-law being around, my daughter & i didn't feel safe, actually, I felt as though I was in the ghetto's, IN GRAND BLANC, actually if you have never been to the Chicago slums maybe you should visit and compare notes, This place needs to be condemed, it needs to be torn down, it is a hazard to the tenants as well as the people living around it. I would strongly urge the owner of this complex to take a look and compensate your previous tenants for the hassles & mis-management they have had to endure while living here. This is where SLUM LORDS get their titles, and you owners have earned the title!!!!!, i rate your complex a negative 100 & pity those that have no choice but to stay there.
