Compared to the other places in Grand Blanc, this place is very big for the amount of rent you pay.. BUT after you move in, you find out why. Mold is a huge problem, we have TONS of mice and ants. The basement floods every time it rains. The parking lot is awful. There are two HUGE holes that you have to try your best to avoid to save your car from being trashed. The parking is also horrible, they don't give you enough room to back out. We live close to the pool and it's always extremely loud. People here let their kids run all over the place with no supervision. My car has been egged and scratched, and it's not the only one. If you need a place to stay while you search for a house, I'd say risk it, otherwise, stay away!
