This place is the pits. It is getting worse. I think the best thing Grand Blanc can do is tear them down and build some new apartments.
They let everything get so run down that they dont have the money to repair it. If they would of just kept this place up to date they would not have this problem.
Just like the hot water heaters. If yours is leaking dont expect them to replace it until it floods your basement.
And in the spring time the bugs are terrible. You are wondering if a lady bug is gonna bit you at night.
So do not even consider renting from here. Its a big joke.
