I have lived at Country House for 4 years. I cannot say that I have a complaint that the workers of Country House has not tried to repair. I have also had a roof leak in the past however, I have neighbors that have roof leaks and I hear them complain all the time to me and they sign a lease renewal when it comes around. My question would be if it's that bad here why do you stay it's not like there isn't other apartments in Grand Blanc. Quit complaining or move!!

Yeah the way they fix things is the cheap way by taking it out of a apartment or townhouse that they cant rent out. And I lived with a hot water heater that leaked for months and they said they would not do a thing until it totally went out and flooded the basement. The place is a big joke.
