I have lived in these apartments for four years and I have seen a steady decline in the upkeep as well as the appreciation of the tenants that pay the salaries of the employee's of this complex.
The state of repair in these apartments is beyond horrible! I had to complain for a week and a half to get my AC fixed...during which time the temperature was 90 or hotter!
Lastly, the managment is the worst that I have ever seen. I worked at a very nice apartment complex in Rochester, MI. and I never seen the property manager treat tenants the way that Teresa Hubbard does! She is argumentative and unwilling to work with you at all. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I am leaving as soon as possible!

I dont blame you. That place totally sucks. We moved out of there and into fox hill glens. It is alot better here and the office staff is very friendly. So get out of crappyville( as my 3 yr old calls it) as soon as you can.

I live In FoxHill Glens now and have been for 5 months. The neighbors are nice, it is clean, the office staff is also nice. It is very nice out here. I just think that it is too quiet. All you basically will see is people walking their dogs all the time. So move out here it's worth your money.
