I lived there for a few years it was cheap. Alot of crime, Mold in apts, They are redoing things but its not going to change much the work is looks only. Be sure to take time to test your apt for mold (as mine was not safe for living) some are.
Your car will get broke into. Affordable place to live if you have kids.
