This was possible the worst decision I have made in my life, moving into grand oaks. The building are BUILT HORRIBLY. So bad that you can hear conversations CLEARLY in near by living spaces. I had a HORRIBLE neighbor that cursed up at me for literally "walling in my apartment." The floors are built THAT THIN that if you are a 2nd floor resident, you WILL be disturbing your lower neighbor, DEFINITELY. The staff is absolutely horrible here. I have been a great tenant for almost 3 years. they ALWAYS avoid issues and give you the run-a-round. My apartment FLOODED during a storm and almost messed up all of my electrically equipment. They did NOTHING about the situation at the time. Then they changed the roofing, however drilling HOLES into my apartment, LITERALLY.

I have had CONSTANT noise issues with savage kids running around the complex like chickens with their heads cut off, totally disrespectful to ones' property, as well as random old ladies YELLING for cats to come get food at like 10pm. There is also MOLD EVERYWHERE. Nothing is new there. I literally was almost about to fight my rude a** neighbor because the staff wouldnt do ANYTHING about him yelling and banging into my apartment for me WALKING. I had to TIP TOE around for the last year in my apartment, fearing that he would curse at me and bang on the ceiling. That would have resulted in me whippin' his dumb ***.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! I know this is just a review, but for goodness sake don't make the worst decision of your life by moving in here.... I would never wish this place on ANYBODY.
