Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Our power has gone out more than a dozen times in a year. It has been out for 12 hours or more 3 times.
It is also a pet free community. Our neighbors purchased a pit bull and proceeded to show it off to the maintenance men. This resulted in a letter to out building about this being a pet-free community, but a month has passed and the dog yelps every morning.
I thought this was a great place. It looks great, but it just isn't worth the money.
