Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I have lived at Heatherwood for less than 2 months and have dealt with 5, YES 5, power outages each lasting longer than 24 hours. We've restocked our fridge/freezer 5 times only to watch it all spoil again and again. The office REFUSES to comment on the problems but DEMAND that rent is paid in FULL no later than the 1st. 2 weeks ago we were without power for nearly 72 hours and we forced to stay in a hotel. After speaking with the BBB and the local ABC affiliate, I've learned that this problem has been on going since property was built.
