I have lived here 2 years and realy like my apartment but the noise from up stairs is terriable I can hear the person turn over in bed. so I decided to move and was very shock that I got a terriable rental referal from them I have never paid my rent past thirty days I have always paid my rent in the month it was due and always befor the 8th of the month but as anyone knows if you dont pay it by the 1st you get a legal letter telling you..you are going to be sued. crazy the apartment manager is such a power freak he thinks he is God and he is just an apartment manager. it is not worth the money you pay for it and not worth the hassel.. I will never recomend anyone again and I did refer two people and never recived and bonus for doing so and was told they never used my name and they two I refered have also moved out of this hell hole.. dont let the prety apartment fool you it is not worth it..

Thanks for the many incorrectly spelled comments! Legal notices go out between the 6th and the 10th, so payment history of this person is certainly at question. If this is who I think it is, then typical payment history was more like the 18th each month on average.
