We moved there a year ago, because it looked like a very nice place. We had a problem with the upstairs people. They made noise all hours of the day and night. We called the number they gave us to call at night. They did come, but they said if they couldn't hear it in the hall it's not a problem. Our pictures on the walls was moving from the music. When it rains the next day, you would get up to see how many spiders or worms you had in the living room. They would come and spray about every 2 weeks. But the worms and spiders still came in. We lived on the bottom floor, you could see Brick Street Rest from the living room. In the Winter have the apartment was warm and the other half cold.
Please think about it before you move in. There was not assigned parking you parked were you could even if it was by the next building.
