We lived there for a year, top floor, 1bdm 1bth. Maintence was NEVER EVER EVER available. We even lived in the same building as a maintence man, but he didn't speak english. The office staff is beyond rude and do not help with any issues you have with your apartment. They were always turning our water on and off, not sure why. The wind would blow hard and the electric went out. They were doing constuction at 7 am and were loud as heck. Only positives were it was beautifully landscaped, the pool was nice and the apartment itself was nice. I worked night and had to park SO 3 buildings down.
