Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 1980
Knollwood was built in 1968. From that time until 1980 I served my sentence there for $325 per month. it was originally billed as the elite place in Grand Blanc but quickly deteriorated. My elderly Father still lives there and has since 1968. It is amazing to here the horror stories he tells. Most of the fixtures and appliances date back to 1968. The "new" ones came in during the 80's. In the late eighties I moved to California and lived in Compton, it was a step up.
