I would not recommend that anyone move in here on a rent special. I rented my apt for $390. Great deal until I was late ONE time, and they sent me a 7-day notice demanding over $800 which included a $70 late fee and the discounts that I had gotten until that point from my move in special. They also put my apt back up to the market rent of $500! I went in to speak to the manager and she was very rude to me. I simply wanted an explanation, and she argued with me the entire time.
The late fees are ridiculous and the office staff does not work with you at all. There is no grace period to pay your rent, & it's $70 if you pay even just one week late! And believe me, the one bedrooms are not worth $500/month!!
