NOT THAT BAD FOR THE PRICE

I've lived here for almost one year. It seems that my experience has been totally diffrent from the others. I moved in on the $390 rent special. They told me up front that if I'm late the deal is off. So guess what' I pay on time. No problems there. I have been really lucky as far as neighbors go. They're really quite I never even see them. I'm a light sleeper and go to work early so I go to bed early. I've never had a problem with noise. We have plenty of parking where I stay. I think the layout of the apt. is old school and wierd but for $390 a month I quickly got over it ! The only thing that I don't like about the apt. is...it's very old and drafty. It's always cold in the winter so my heating bills were off the chains ! I would just turn off the heat and use a space heater for my bedroom. So, it's the type of living situation that is good for a single person. I wouldn't recommend these apartments if you have kids. Overall, Knollwood is defintly not the nicest place in the world but it's worth it for the rent special. Just know going in that you get what you pay for. I am moving to a new place as soon as my lease and special are up because I'm ready for a nicer, newer place. I certainly would not pay $500 to live here, it's not worth that much. But if you are looking to save money for a year or you're like I was, just starting out I say go for it. It's a nice size place for $390.
