I have lived im Knollwood apts for over a year now and will be moving soon the ladies in the office are rude dont expect to be treated like a human being when you call up there and dont expect fast repairs. Another thing is the horrible parking setup and all the critters that have made the dumpster there home if you plan on taking out your garbage pass dark than expect to see stray cats and a family of raccon at every dumpster i guess there and add bonus. even though i have a grand blanc address i feel like I live in flint.
