We moved into Knollwood 10 months ago. During our first month here we had to place numerous complaints about loud music in the apartment above us and we had to call the police about the marijuana and crack smoke that (still to this day) was seeping through into our apartment. We have found crack pipe parts that were left in the washing machine on 2 occassions.

The office staff is polite at first and then they get tired of you pretty quick. Maintenance' What maintenance' We've been trying to get someone in here to service our furnace for 2 months. They keep saying they'll "get around to it". In the meantime my son who has a breathing problem can no longer stay with me here because they won't replace the air filters or tell me where they are so I can replace them myself.

Don't waste your time or money by putting yourself or your family among the mongrels, sex offenders, and ghetto lifestyle of Knollwood apartments. I've lived in much more peaceful and quiet places in the city of Flint.

Also, if you're a soldier, don't even think of stopping in this place. They'll screw you every chance they get.

I think the reviewer is the one on crack. i live here and this is grosely exagerated.

I think this guy was my neighbor. The eviction papers posted on his door says it all
