Yes, Knollwood has snow care removal. However, they don't get around to the sidewalks until noon. So if you have to work in the mornings buy some snow boots and be careful of the ice!
The maintenance is horrible! Takes about two weeks to have anything done. My boyfriend has seen a maintenance worker drinking (not soda)!
The staff is Rude!
We have heard our neighbors upstairs have constant sex, and our neighbors next to us fight, & get their apartment raided. You can hear lots in the building. Also you can smell weed in the hallway when the neighbors decide to smoke it (daily). The walls are very thin!
Laundry is in the basement, u can only do laundry from 9am to 9pm and they are NOT very efficient! The dryer does not work for crap!
