This will be interesting considering the fact that I've just moved in and I'm quite fond on all the news and information that I've heard about this apartment now that Im in. Kind of think that I should of read all this information before hand but honestly all of the review on about at least 3 apartments in the flint and Grand blanc area are all bad. Fox Glen, Thornridge, and one off of Calkin Rd seem to only be the legit ones but besides all of that. I'm speaking today to really give my up most opinion on everything that I will notice here. I'm quite fair about things and I only will b*tch about maintenance not doing there jobs and being hot as hell in which I should not have a complaint here because they have central air. But anyways this is just a pre post to set my ground of a current resident here at Knollwood. I want to hope that this is the greatest place to be and if so I will stand my ground and do a Post move in statement testify that all negative statements that are made is false. I know some apartments have there ups and down. But management have to know that it's not the residents fault so don't have attitudes with them and if all you seem concern let them feel it because that's all sometimes people need until the job gets down. That was my big issue with the last apartment staff. Very mean and not considerate. But anyways if any major situation happen good or bad I will do a halfway post to let you all know what up until the next time. Adios.
