the staff at the front office are very rude an non professional. we have HAD alot of problems with the apt. since day one, the fridge, the bathroom faucet leaks. we have told them numerous times and theyve never fixed it. Winter of '07 the heat went out and lived with space heater for a week and a half before anyone came out to fix it. Summer of '08, the central air unit broke. They "fixed" it within a few days, but got the electric bill and the price was 4x higher then it should. (normally the electric bill is $90, ended up being over $400 and they refuse to refund us.) When telling them that, WE had to contact Consumers Energy and it was over a week till they fixed that. we ended up having to move the bed mattress underneath the ceiling fan and bought 2 other fans for that week. also, there is a HUGE vine that covers the bedroom window and there are ALWAYS bugs in the summer in the ceiling. we have asked for that vine to be cut or anything...again, no. its still there are we are still killing bugs. winter of '09, at about 630am, the seal broke in the bathroom faucet and we had literally running water. we called the emergency line and left a message. no one called. my boyfriend ended up calling and Penny was the one the answered. He told her we had running water in the bathroom and it was scolding hot. She said she would page someone. He came home around 6pm, and the faucet STILL wasnt fixed. We AGAIN called the emergency line and got someone. We explained again the running water and was asked rudely, "why didnt you call about this, this morning'" my boyfriend explained as nice as he could, that we did and was told that someone was paged. after about 30min, the maintenance guy came and said that Penny said WE said it was just a small leak. AGAIN, we explained no, we said RUNNING WATER. Everytime either one of us goes in to pay the rent, we ask for a receipt and the majority of the staff is very rude. we have NEVER been late on a payment. have NEVER been in trouble for noise or disturbing others. our neighbors are very nice people. we wont be staying another year. i refuse to spend another summer under the ceiling fan and nothing being done.

the only one who has ever been rude with me was the manger. she even treats her staff rudely in front of me and some other people when i was paid my rent! anytime i have a problem i have to hang up and call back to get somebody else because she never sends anyone and they say i never called it in.
