I have lived at Knollwood since March and have had continuous problems. My faucet, my shower, my air conditioning, my windows, the plug in my bathroom, stove, fridge, garbage disposal...you get the idea. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Maintenance doesn't ever come in a timely manner, usually three days. My requests have been lost more than once, it is horrible. GO ELSEWHERE. I WISH I could get out of here, but of course if you break your lease you have to pay back the "one month of free rent", the remainder of your term, and any move in special you received.
