MY CAR WINDOW WAS SMASHED ABOUT 3 MONTHS INTO LIVING THERE. And only family knows where i live so it wasnt a 'enemy' Well lets see, My heat bill was over 500 dollars for two months! Knollwood didnt even sign us up with consumers so we got a 2 month bill of 600!I was told by the office ladies that, "thats normal hunny" WHEN CONSUMERS SAID THEY WERE ON CRACK(literally) BECAUSE I LIVE IN A ONE BEDROOM! My cabinet doors were not even properly screwed in and almost hit me in the head falling off the wall one day! Upon moving in I was woken up every night with a huge gust of wind coming through my windows. After putting up plastic on them to keep the cold air out, The plastic was seriously buldging at least 5-6 inches out from the window, shows you how HORRIBLE the insulation is. Nice balcony too!! There is a burnt spot on it with a peice of plywood nailed over it with a beer cap even stuck under the plywood! Shotty workmanship.. My bathroom sink and my tub's Caulk came off almost IMEDIATELY to see a nasty orange rust every where sink was chipping off. The ONLY thing good about this place is I actually like all of the maintenence people they are very friendly and do a good job considering they probably have to fix ALOT of stuff for people. My air didnt work for the entire summer. I could go on literally for days i do not reccomend Knollwood to anyone out of the kindness of my heart.
