My first year here didn't start out too bad. There were retired people and single moms living around me so it was relatively quiet and peaceful. Then idiots moved in. The keep their trash outside of their doors for days! I've called the rental office multiple times to do something, but nothing has happened. It's also very noisy with the little ill-mannered children running about. It there was a play area for them maybe they wouldn't be such a nuisance. Also the parents aren't much better. For the most part people there aren't very considerate of others. They lack basic manners and a genuine respect for others. The rent is cheap though and that's the only reason I've stayed there this long. But I'm gone ASAP.
