I moved in about 4 months ago, and I have yet to have a problem. The most noise I hear is when the people above me are getting around for work, or the ocassional child running in and out of the door. I pay a very reasonable price for my place, and given that I looked many other places, in and out of Grand Blanc, I feel I have gotten a great deal. I enjoy my apartment and have recommended it to a friend. She moved in about a month after me. I have had nothing but complete awesome help from the majority of the staff in the office. Nobody is perfect or always in a good mood.
