I lived at Perry Place for 2 years. The office staff was rude and unhelpful. I paid my rent on time and was a good tenant. When I moved I was charged for things that I disputed. I was told by a Manager that I could do a payment plan to pay my balance. I called all the numbers I was supposed to, left messages, only to be turned over to a collection agency. Fortunately I called again, just in time to pay the balance before being placed on my credit report. BAD SERVICE, BAD STAFF!!!!

Companies often use collection agencies to recover money owed and most will set up payment plans. It seems if you disputed the charges you should have taken it to court. Possibly the charges were fair?

yeah, i also find it funny that people move out because they are unhappy, pay an early termination fee and then get eviction notices after they have left. they put the notice on the door as if they are going to come back and look for it. how dumb, just like the manager Erica, dumb as a rock and very rude
