I have been an occupant of Perry Place for the past 2 years. I have an apartment that is exceptionally comfortable and spacious, at well as a monthly rent that is well within my range. My neighbors are - on the whole - very nice and quiet.

I have found the staff to be personable and helpful each time that I have come in contact with them - including being willing to negotiate my lease down $10/mo when I signed my lease this past year. Maintanence has been prompt, including completely changing some leaking pipes underneath my sink within a day.

I have recommended fellow students to live at Perry Place and will continue to do so unless given reason otherwise.
